刪除 TCMHUB CEU 帳號 / Delete your TCMHUB CEU account

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open the TCMHUB CEU app and sign in.
2. Tap the 「我的」 (Profile) tab and scroll to 「刪除帳號」 (Delete account) at the bottom.
3. Tap 「刪除我的帳號」 (Delete my account), read the notice, then tap 「確認永久刪除帳號」 (Permanently delete account).

Option 2: on the website (immediate, no app needed)

1. Sign in to the TCMHUB CEU website (this site) in a browser.
2. Click your profile picture at the top right (on a phone you can also tap “Profile” in the menu bar) to open your profile page.
3. Scroll to “Delete Account” at the bottom, click “Delete my account”, read the notice, then click “Permanently delete my account”. (With the site in Chinese the labels are 「刪除帳號」, 「刪除我的帳號」 and 「確認永久刪除帳號」.)

If your VIP is billed through Apple, after you confirm you first see a notice that the Apple subscription is not cancelled; tap 「我了解，仍要立即刪除」 (“I understand, delete now anyway” on the website) to finish.

Option 3: by email

Email services@tcmhub.org from the address you registered with, subject “Account deletion – TCMHUB CEU”. After we confirm your identity we delete the account and reply within 30 days. To delete only some of your data and keep the account, email us the same way.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: you can no longer sign in. The device you delete from is signed out at once; the app or site still open on other devices loses access within about an hour.
• Your name, email address, license number and profile photo.
• Your assignment submissions.
• Your account ID on usage analytics events (the events themselves are kept; see below).
• The link that lets an Apple purchase, renewal or restore attach to your account, so it can never grant VIP to the deleted account again.
• The email address and notes on any earlier deletion request.
• A VIP subscription paid on the website (Stripe) that is still billing is cancelled at once and not renewed; paid periods are not refunded.

Records we keep, and for how long

These records are kept to meet continuing-education regulator requirements, for tax and payment reconciliation, and for service statistics, never for marketing:

• Issued CEU certificates (holder name, course, credit hours, issue date and certificate number), so licensing boards, NCCAOM and employers can verify them through the verification link: 7 years from the date the account is deleted.
• Payment and order records (including the email address at the time of the transaction, Apple transaction identifiers and subscription status): 7 years from the date the account is deleted.
• Course enrollment and progress records (the basis for issuing certificates): 7 years from the date the account is deleted.
• De-identified account and VIP entitlement records (internal account ID, Stripe customer ID, membership periods, creation and deletion dates; Apple subscription records also keep the former account ID and the in-app subscription identifier; no name, email address or license number), used for payment reconciliation and to stop an Apple renewal from granting VIP to a deleted account: 7 years from the date the account is deleted.
• The customer record in TCMHUB’s Stripe account (name, email address, saved payment method, invoices and charges), for payment reconciliation and tax: 7 years from the date the account is deleted.
• Administrator action records (for example VIP granted manually by TCMHUB, with the internal account ID and the administrator’s note): 7 years from the date the account is deleted.
• Usage analytics events (without the account ID, but they may still contain course, certificate number or payment reference details), for overall usage statistics: 7 years from the date the account is deleted.
• Server logs (including the record that the deletion completed): deleted automatically after 30 days.

When the period ends, these records are deleted. Stripe, as our payment processor, also keeps transaction records under its own legal obligations.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you subscribed to VIP on an iPhone or iPad, cancel it first in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; refunds are requested from Apple: https://support.apple.com/118223.
